Performance testing
1 testing session that analyzes power, strength, and aerobic capacity of any athlete in any sport. Data collected is incorporated into training to deliver peak performance advancements. All tested athletes must complete 4 weeks of training at AZPC to be eligible.
Pro Team
Athletes apart of the Pro Team at AZPC are elite level individuals who are serious about getting to the next level. Pro Team athletes have access to year and six month training outlines, more regular physical testing, athlete-coach meetings, and they can build their own program package to meet their specific performance needs.
Clinics
AZPC educational seminars on 'training for sports performance' are available for purchase. Live, in-person clinics can host anywhere from 4-100 participants and duration can be 1hr to a multi day workshop. Terms, conditions, and pricing are dependent on circumstances. Contact for more information.
